An item of mine ended, but I do not see the winners information?
When an auction ends with a winner or checks out with an order, the user is provided with the invoice to pay for the item.
For the majority of items, the winner pays within 24 of winning an auction. However, there are some cases where the winner takes a few days to pay. In general, we expect the winners of an item to pay within 3 business days, and if they don't pay within 7 days, they get banned from the site.
So if you do not see a users information in your Orders page for an item that has ended, it almost always means that the user has not yet paid for the item. If it has been more than a week and you want to double check on the status of an item, you can always contact us to check on it.
