How do I cancel a bid for an auction item?

If you have made a bid on an item by accident or bid too high and want to retract it, please submit a support ticket to us here or send an E-mail to: support@sweeky.zohodesk.com as soon as possible with the link to the auction that you want your bid cancelled on.

Please be sure to request cancellations for any bids as soon as possible, before the auction is over.
It is not a problem as long as you cancel the bid before the auction is over. But if you win an item and don't pay, it becomes a problem. If you win an item and don't pay more than once, you may be banned from the site.
