What do I do if I have not received my order?

Sweeky is a marketplace and as such, all items are shipped directly from each seller, so shipping time and method can vary depending on their schedule.

Most sellers are good about shipping your items to you within a few days to a week of your payment. But occasionally they may need some extra time to package or personalize your shipment.

If it has been over two weeks since you paid and you have not received any notification of shipment, please follow these steps in order to receive a quick resolution:

1. Contact the seller of the item by going to their seller page or the page of the item you ordered. Then select the "Ask a Question" button, and send a message asking what the shipping status of your order is. Allow at least 3 business days for their reply.

2. If after contacting the seller directly following the above instructions, you do not receive a satisfactory response, you can escalate the issue to the Sweeky Support team. To do this, just Submit a Ticket to us here. Please include as many details as possible such as the order number, auction title, and seller in order for us to assist you. Allow a few days for us to attempt to find out the shipping status. We will either get back to you with a shipping confirmation, or if we cannot get confirmed shipment from the seller you can be refunded.
